Have you tried using coal in your log burning stove?

I struggle with long sentences, but clearly it seems a bit rude for you to say you already mentioned that in the first post and make them look foolish, when they are obviously just trying to be helpful.

The worst is when they reply to the OP, but the point has already been made. Sometimes more than once. It’s almost as if they haven’t read previous posts 😉

I care more about the proliferation of completely pointless threads and posts. Of which this is a perfect example.
Having said that I care more, I still don’t care much.
If you haven’t read my post already, I wouldn’t bother.

Lay into them to make them feel as stupid as possible. It’s the STW way.

Most of the time, people are helpful when it comes to answering questions about bicycles. You do get some rude comments, but it is reasonably balanced.

Having an opinion though? HOW DARE YOU, THIS IS STW!

I’ve come to the conclusion that most of the people who regularly post in the chat forum are dicks.

does that count as an opinion?

I came to that conclusion in about 2001, hence my user name. Always makes me smile when people accuse me of ‘living up to my name’.

Anyway, to the OP’s original question: Skodas and Seats are all Audis underneath.

Go 29er, that way you have more air to loose in the first place…..

(also more room to fit nails in the tread, which can be handy in icey conditions)

I had a PC problem with a new windows install(no sound), put a post on a forum detailing it… Mentioned that I still had the old install on disc and that when I rolled back to that, the sound worked. How long did it take for someone to suggest that the speakers weren’t plugged in?

To be honest most of the threads are totally pointless hence the negative response
    such people get.
And to be honest just whey would you ask such an stupid question.

Can you not think for yourself !!!

How come only ONE of the tyres is flat, but the other one is fine? Has to be a conspiracy.

You’re technique for checking the tyre for nails is wrong. I never have any bother with my checking technique.
