Does anyone know of a utility that I can use to extract the full image (as a jpg, png or tiff) of
this map?

Something like this extension to Google Chrome looks like what I want

And before anyone asks about copyright infringement, I've already bought a paper copy!

If you're bored you can download each tile

etc. and stitch 'em together

Doesn't entitle you to the online copy though.

Cheers Simon - though not quite what I was hoping for...

Anyone else have any ideas? (And no, I don't want to stitch loads of small images together!)

Yes, but those 9 don't form the entire map!
