Anyone know what it is?

There's a contact form on their site.
I recently asked them a question for my SO through their website.
The automated reply came from [url=mailto://askus.specialized@custhelp.com]askus.specialized@custhelp.com[/url]. All of their emails say that their customer service email is [url=mailto://customerservice@specializeduk.com]customerservice@specializeduk.com[/url]. But the actual answer came from a real person - [url=mailto://DCruxton@Specializeduk.com]DCruxton@Specializeduk.com[/url].
