I reckon the lazy sod that owned that decided he needed a sit down while he was zooming about on his e-scooter and adding the exercise machine (I refuse to call it a bike!) was the simplest way.
I'm glad the Police seized it - two worthless contraptions dealt with in a single blow ;o)
