DT Hub play

I have a rear DT hub (don’t know what model) that has developed a lot of side to side movement. Am I right in thinking this is the bearings?

Don’t know a lot about hubs so would this be a fairly easy job or best left to the LBS? Any idea what I would need to fix it and cost?
