Got a pair of Sole moldable insoles through the post today, quickly scanned the instructions, preheated the oven to 200 stuck them in, took them outs 2 minutes later and they had shrivelled up like an old mans tallywhaker.

The instructions said 200f not 200c, that’s 40 quid wasted through my own stupidity.
