I didn't think they did, but then remembered guys at uni talking about going in to look at kit, and then buying it over the phone??*

They ship bikes out on a "satisfaction guaranteed" basis, so if you're not happy with it – for any reason – you can just send it back. I'm guessing that some of these, some shown at shows and some sent to journalists are the ones getting sold off.
