    Got diagnosed with diverticular last year and have been doing fine…

    currently experiencing my first flare up with pain and a shivery feeling, gonna get med advice asap but has anyone pushed through and carried on riding as got a 140 mile off road tour planned on Wednesday for 3 days, not a happy chappy right now.
