Looking at some Nooo shoooos!
been down to the shops, to try and find a pair to buy....
[ news flash!! LBSs in VERY HELPFUL STAFF shocker!! ]
....but neither shop had quite what i was looking for, as i have goon feet of around size 12 13, but i was able to confirm my size. im going to need to order in something specific.
if im a 48 speccy, which apparently equates to a 47 shimano (apparently)
how would they compare to dhbs?, i dont want to order in the wrong size, and have to wait a further week or 2 if i can help it, and figure you guys and gals may have experience of a few shoes (they guy in the shop only uses shimano)
cheers team.....

seperate question
ive got "sport shoes" at the mo, nothing flash, but 3 top strap v rigid jobbys.
i think trainer types would be a bit arse without caged pedals, as quite flexy?
any opinions on the "AM boot" style shoe?

dhb size up similar to Shimano, although I'm not sure if you have your Specialized/Shimano sizing the right way round.
I had some Specialized's in a 41, which feels simialr to a 42 Shimano.
Might be an idea to order 2 sizes, and send one back?
hum, cheers matt. they didnt have any shimanos i could try, any other votes for which way the sizing goes?
have both shimano and dhb,
as most people say shimano shoes are narrow, so ordered up a size,
but that left me with lots of toe space. still felt alright though
the dhb shoes were bang on the size,
didnt need to size up or down,
i have these shoes

i question the quality of the dhb shoes, (actually i question the dhb brand i have panniers and over-shoes and they aren't the best in quality terms, not bad, just not great)
the soles started to come away
however i did used them to tour in wearing them everyday for 5 weeks,
so had a very hard life
but they are still useable and are very comfy
As mtbmatt says - I got the same size as shimano & they fit OK.
