how’s yours coming along?

(all good here – just had my first ‘tester’ of the Damson gin – it’s like christmas syrup!)

Very nicely. Prefer the sloe vodka though.

goes well with Hagen Dazz vanilla, Bramble whisky not to my taste, but to be fair I don’t like whisky so it was only an experiment ……

Don’t forget to get the sloes out like we did last year. Leaving them in 12 months doesn’t work, just tastes musty. 😕

Hmm, mine’s a bit on the sharp side so I’ve added a little more sugar.
I was pretty stingy in the first place though, as my Dad’s last lot was a bit too much like cough syrup for me.

well, i started the damsons in october, and i reckon it’s done – it’s certainly verr nice!

i could be wrong, but if it tastes nice, drink it!

btw I do not like whiskey as a rule

Got 3 litre of sloe gin, 1 litre raspberry gin, 2 litre raspberry vodka, 1 litre damson brandy, 1 litre damson vodka and 1 litre xmas pudding vodka brewing.

**** I hope we don’t have a fire because that lot will really go bang!
