Had a over the bars moment which resulted in the destruction of a fox flux helmet and was wondering which companies offer a crash replacement scheme as fox don't

Yes they do. 50% of retail for a replacement and you can choose your colour. Or they did last year anyway.

Giro do, as do Specialized - ones that I know of. I've used the Giro scheme twice.
Must admit that I didn't think/know that Fox ever did one as I enquired a year or two ago.
