    I’m back (last few months) into running on an evening as well as rowing in the morning but this week I have been suffering from really bad cramps. Mainly in the right leg; calf and hamstring which can be resolved pretty quickly but also from the inside of the knee all the way across the thigh to the hip which is agony and takes ages to go. Usual attacks are early hours of the morning which has me out of bed hobbling around the room trying to get rid. It won’t be long before I’m relegated to the spare bed.
    Any ideas on how to prevent? I take Zero tablets in my drink, eat bananas and take on plenty of fluids.
    Not sure if related by I suffer with Sciatica which normally I get down my right side but not had any problems with it this year.
