There are no hire bikes at Brandon Coutry Park - you need to go to Bike Art at Thetford High Lodge. Not certain on prices or availability but from what I've been told and what I've seen, their selection and standard of hire bike is generally shite.

If you mean the HIGH LODGE one, I was there a couple of weeks ago and they hire out a variety of bikes, including bikes for the disabled, but we took our own bikes so I didn't look into the prices but you can ring them on 01842810090 or < http://www.bike-art.com>
Have you been before ? Really good trails, well the red and black ones are but just a little short though well worth doing a few times !!
Strictly NO singing going round though Dannyboy.

yeah bike-art have a fleet of basic hardtails for about £12/hr iirc

look variable quality but dig around and you should find something half decent ( and shouldn't be too badly trashed as its early in the season)

if you want top-end / full sus phone them and reserve at least 24hrs in advance and take your own pedals
can't remember rates but i think they were reasonable

customer service not a strong point there though so be prepared for norfolk grumpiness and don't take it personally 🙁

You don't need a full suss for Thetford anyway!! A lot of us ride hardtails with 100mm forks or carbon rigid forks.
