I’m sure I’d read this before but search has not found it for me.  Need to patch some crash damaged trousers, what’s the go-to repair patch / tape for outdoor clothing (clear please)?

I’ve got some good results with Kleiber patches on my Fjallraven trousers.

Cut and paste isn’t working but Google Kleiber repair patch

I’ve had very good results with the goretex repair patches available online or in most outdoor stores.

Last time I went for some McNett Tenacious Tape Fabric and Seam Repair. I bought & would have used it in March 23, and still have it on outside of the arm of my waterproof jacket (edges are peeling), so it seems quite good.

I’ve had a few different ones on test. So far I think the Tenacious Tape seems thickest/highest quality. Patagonia stuff pretty good too, though I’m not sold on the novelty shapes. I haven’t tried the clear stuff though. And it does seem to make a difference (on all the patches I’ve got) if you make the patches smooth curves without/only a single edge. Corners seems to be a weak point.

Thanks all, looks like the Patagonia patches are made of Tenacious Tape, which is available in a clear roll from Amazon so I think I’ll give that a try.  Good tip on the rounded edges Hannah, thanks.
