Going out on the first proper ride on mine tomorrow, also got it and myself booked into the QECP day-night Enduro next weekend.
I may not have the required skill or the bike the right travel to do well, but at least it’s the right colour! 8)

    XT brakes and shifter
Thomson stem and seatpost (should really look at fixing my reverb before next weekend)
    el Guapo bars

No idea on weight, however seeing as I’m around 265lb kitted up weight saving is not a priority

    Looks great!

Which size is that? Any chance you could do me a few measurements?

    – bb axle to top of saddle
    – Tip of saddle nose to steerer the (top of stem is fine)
    – tip of saddle nose to centre if bar at the clamp
    – height of bars from ground
    – how much travel the fork has

    Would be much appreciated :-)

23” frame, I’m 6’8” and it seems fine to me.

    The sizes you require are:
    840mm
    480mm
    575mm
    1055mm
    Fork is 120mm

The stem is 90mm with a 10deg rise, I need the length but will probably swap for a stem with no rise to lower the front end.

HTH, anything else just ask :-)

That does look good – the frame size makes it look like a 26″ wheel bike!

Brilliant. Looking forward to hearing how it rides.

Edit – definitely too short for me though. Even with my saddle 2cm lower than yours I’m on a good bit more reach.

Yeah the reach was always going to be compromised with this frame, I was warned in advance.
The reach on my Lurcher is 45mm longer, but that has a layback post to achieve that.
I find the slightly more upright position fine but then I’ve not ridden it in anger yet.
    Only time will tell…

Just for future reference…complete numpty q. Sorry

Is it necessary to use the syntace? rear axle or could you use one from another brand?

Any idea what it would cost to have the frame bushings/ bearings/ pivots replaced?

Nice work on the build, btw.

Tempted, if it didn’t rain so much in glesgatoon.
