    Firstly I have emailed them and been told I should get a response within 48 hours, but…

    I’m a windows user but have had a subscription to Apple TV+ recently to watch some stuff on the PC (windows 11). Slow horses being well good.  I watch it via the Apple TV web page, but also have the app via Microsoft store.

    Anyway it’s been a bit funny, sometimes it’s come up with the try a free trial even though I have an account and subscription, but if I refresh the page it usually comes back up as me signed in and I can watch stuff.

    The finale of slow horses is tomorrow, and I’ve watched what I’m interested in, so I thought I’d cancel my subscription.

    But I just can’t access my account to do it and now the web front page wont react to anything I click (cleared the cache and tried from an un bookmarked page) and i can’t log in off the app either.

    The support etc links right at the bottom of the webpage do work though. So I’ve tried that route. Done all the authentication etc a million times, but end up at a page where there’s a continue button, but nothing happens when I press that.

    Sometimes I get a message to say I need to go to appleid.apple.com.   so I go to that apple account page and still cant log in.  Despite more verifications.

    It’s doing my head in, any one able to help?? I’m expecting a right run around if apple ever so get back to me :/

    I don’t have any Apple tech. or accounts, so it’s a bit of a guess, but there’s stuff online to help with login issues & also a mention of accounts being locked for security reasons after a certain number of failed login attempts, might this have happened. There must be a help article somewhere about unlocking accounts.

    It might also be worth having a look for an Apple status page to see if there are any current problems with their systems.

    Failing that do you know anyone with an Apple device that might let you log on there?

    Yeh the account being locked due to trying so many times was a thought , but it doesn’t say that and I get the email and text verifications ok.

    Woo hoo! Just managed to sort it on my phone.

    Had to install apple music and log in that.

    Then opened the Apple TV webpage on the phone and it signed me in via apple music and jobs done TFFT!
