The amount of junk mail I have been receiving lately has dramatically increased. The more worrying trend is that the spammers seem to be using words in the email subject line that I have recently sent in emails, for example I used the names "Bradley" and "Humphries" in a mail earlier today only to receive two separate emails using these names. Too much of a coincidence surely?
There is only so much viagra and hooky watches a man can use after all!
What can I do to save me from the spammers and their apparent key-logging?
I am running a mac OS X and Entourage as my email software.

get on to your ISP or whoever runs your email and they should be able to sort it
Probably just spyware/malware on your computer. Get some proper antivirus and/or anti-spyware software.
