    Rather than a Puma, just get a 1.6 Fiesta, its the same car, fractionally down on power, but drives the same and more practical in every way.

    fiesta 1.4tdci, or if you want more of a luagh get the rare 1.6tdci, wife has had both and both give 50+ MPG minimum and £30 tax a year!

    easy to service, the oil filter is on top of the block.

    +1 for MX5. Brilliant fun, reliable, cheap to buy and run.
    Surprisingly practical to. Used mine this year for our 2 week holiday with walking gear, biking gear, clothes etc for the two weeks and two 30lb mountain bikes on a rack!
