Always stay here, very warm welcome, and a reasonable walk to town for beer. Great views,

there is a great little camp site between Betys y Coed and Capel Curig, its got basic stuff like loos and showers but always clean. or maybe you can get a Cabin at Bronabar above Coed y Brenin, google “logcabineswales”

We used to stop at Cae Gwyn – it a nice, basic site but they make you very welcome. In fact there is a pic of us lot on their website (bottom right hand piccy). Very handy for Coed Y Brenin too 🙂

    ENJOY!

We camped at Dolgamedd, a short drive away but you can have campfires by the river! Nice place and friendly folk too.

Can really recommend this place up above the Mawddach estuary. Fab views, short drive to CyB and handy for Cadair Idris too. Lower camping field is right on the Mawddach estuary and a great pub a short ride upriver.

Owners are nice folk and riders too.

Stayed at Bwlchgwyn Farm just down the road from Graigwen. Up on the hillside looking across the estuary to Barmouth and up the coast. Beautiful.
A nice half hour walk across the rail bridge into town as well.
Will be going again next year.
