Having had a good old chin wag the other night after a ride, we decided that most of the big jumpy trails are there to flatter riders. Most of them are so well built now that as long as you hit them with speed you’ll be fine, not like old days where the features were shoddy and you needed some skill to ride them out. Tailgate and Rogate were perfect examples, small close jumps that needed pumping and popping and the odd crazy stuff (tilgate) for shiz and giggles.
