My brother lives in Sydney. First visit me and MrsRNP did was to recreate BMX bandits (kind of). The three of us rode the seefront at Manly, the shopping arcade and went to the water slide place (spot the wood bikes and foam pedals in the film). The pics are pre iPhone and on my PC

Random fact but my brother’s BMX career was ended at the club that owned the track on the closing credits. That track no longer exist but the club does and has a track somewhere else. My brother did a 360 over a big set of doubles but got it wrong and did his back in. So the film that inspired us into BMX tenuously ended my brother’s BMX days.
