It’s an ask for another forum. Not sure if he needs it for bike, but just something that isn’t going to fail after 3 months.

I have a worx power shot.
    Had it 5 years.
    Still works fine.
Use it for the car mostly, occasionally blast dogshit off the bike with it.
Worth noting that it doesn’t have anything like the power of a plug in pressure washer.
    I’d buy another.

agree with the worx, not the brushless one, less power is safer.

again years old, still going strong. and you can look on the worx site for offers to get it cheaper as well

Whatever the feckless halfwit had in the touring caravan next to us last time we went away. Surely caravaning is all about escaping home jobs drudgery?……..and swingers/swinging.

    Worx Hydroshot

Friends have had karcher ones, mobi ones, all the others – none of them are half as good, and the Worx can use any water source

Worx has lasted me some years.  I have had a problem where it wouldn’t ‘suck’ water a few times after long period of non-use.  Connecting it to a hose so there was some water pressure got it moving again and it would work fine with a tank.

I did notice that Lidl had one a couple of weeks back which was only £40 bare tool (and the batteries are less than half the price of the Makita equivalents).  people are asking £70 for them on eBay now.

Another Worx Owner here. Noticed a discount code on Hotukdeals for Worx earlier.

Got a worx for work, on a building site for 5 years and it’s been superb. I have replaced one of the hose connectors that cracked, was a pound. I also bought a new hose, Its now just hose from a hardware store, again pennies. It’s covered with cement and crap, but won’t die.

It’s not the brushless one, just the basic. I have a 5a battery that lasts forever

    Definitely get another one.

It’s not powerful enough for patio cleaning or cars, muddy bikes great though

    Worx

mines years old, it’s had a ebay battery for 4 plus years. Great for bikes, but even better for cleaning up after a caravan swingers session.

For some people, it does appear to be an activity in itself, rather than portable accommodation for doing other stuff at your destination area.

I’ve got a really really old mobi one that still works. But I would do Worx next time
