I have used Interlink in the past. Not the cheapest but very reliable in my experience.

The place I work has sent about 600 parcels this month of goods that can easily be damaged.

I’d opt for DPD and avoid DX / NightFreight

Just posted a frame and fork yesterday at the Post Office through Parcelforce. Box was just over 4kg and it was £13 quid or so and insured up to £250 and with a tracking number.

Used Paisley Freight a coupe of times recently without any problems.
Put in box dimensions rather than just go for bike.

Paisley Freight are good but in the end they are just another agent for TNT, who will do their best to wreck your frame so pack it well.
