I once found a ‘real lager’ in a pub, called “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Bitter,” which amused me no end.

Currently supping an Innes and Gunn rum cask bottled ale. Was introduced to the delights of this by a certain tazzymtb – cheers, Taz! 😉 It’s luuuurvely, just enough rum background in it. Spot on for a winter’s evening. Fortunately it only comes in 330ml bottles as it’s 7.4% 😯 very much a supping ale!

Majestic are good for mixed cases from the likes of Bath Ales or Wychwood (who have a nice Blond ale for the ladies).

Drain – that I & G is fantastic, always like their beers but the rum cask is even better.
