Just wondering how easy it is as it seems to be tricky to get some guides to fit easily with some frames. Looks like the frame has the ISCG mounts but I haven't actually checked mine yet - http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15192688#15192688
Hey dewde, you alright? Have you considered a proper bash ring, no big ring and a 36t middle? Better chain line, shorter chain, more clearance and you don't get your trousers oily ;-). You can use your ISCG mounts for a roller.
Not bad apart from house getting broken into - they didn't take my bike though so its fine. 😛
Have indeed thought about getting rid of the big ring and getting a proper bash but this seeemed like it might be less hassle - what 36t ring, bash and roller shall I get? 😛
Not going to be able to make it to Brechfa btw cos we are off to Chamonix that weekend, woo! Keep me posted on any future trips though and you should try and get up to the Lakes sometime!

You need a Blackspire Stinger (or similar) a deore chainring and whatever resin 36t bashring you fancy. and a bit less chain.
Shame about Brechfa. I'm sure we'll manage it at some point this summer.
