    Realman… I weighed 55kg when I was 18yrs old – that would’ve been in 1987/88 😉

    Good score on the bleep test… I did one last year for the first time and got L14. Not bad I thought considering I had a hangover and have twenty five years of drinking and smoking under my belt – at 41yrs old.

    I’m a right bat fastard, but as I usually “ride” a singlespeed I never break into a sweat or increase my heart rate enough when pushing it up a hill so any post ride nosh goes straight into my moobs and cake belly 😆
