Looking for some advice from the knowledgeable folk out there.
I’ve been chatting to a friend about the possibility of approaching someone about building a downhill trail on their land.
There is existing facilities, including an uplift. The area is only used during sufficient snow to ski, then lies unused for the majority of the year.
Obviously, I am not looking to impede their current activities, but to encourage investment (dont know where from yet) and provide amenities for biking.
I’m very much at the embryonic stage atm, and as such I’m just looking for yay, nay or don’t be daft man comments.
I can possibly get hold of build costs as I previously worked with a company who have tendered for and won other trails in the area, but if someone can help out in that area too, it would be appreciated!
