Yeah, although it was a few years ago. Stuff came on time, no worries.

Going against the grain here and actually cancelled my Alpine frame order last year. I rang to check delivery/availability and was told two weeks, I was happy with that only to get a call a day or two after my online order to say there is a massive delay and they have had people waiting for at least 5 to 6 weeks for these frames, pretty miffed that they took my money knowing full well there was a delay at Orange, who were largely to blame in all honesty.
Since bought a Covert and haven't looked back.
Just my opinion, which is outweighed by the above comments so I doubt you'd have any issues tbh, plus they cancelled my order sharpish and retuned my money straight way.
Not really negative as a whole but that's my story fwiw!
Brought a bike end of year from them mail order a few years ago no problems.. Had an issue with the dropper post and they sorted it out on warranty for me.
