Anyone have experience of: working in or being a patient in secure tier 4 unit?

From a professional and personal interest I’d be keen on any insight offered from anyone who’s worked in, been a patient, had their child detained in one.

Have done construction projects in them before, albeit they were adult wings. They were massively understaffed though children’s ones may be different.
