Straight steerer long leg carbon fork = hard to get CEN pass.

well as far as I can see on the site it says the 26 inch version is a straight 1 1/8th and only the 29er version tapered ,,,is this wrong?

I wanted the 26″tracker fork for my TD1, But I haven’t received any reply to the email I sent them, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

CRC still haven’t posted any details on the ragley/x-lite fork so I may have to go the Hylix route.

babyjack – dont think youll see the xlite/ragley thing – EVER

here is my hylix on my td-1 for your ref. kept meaning to sand the decal off but tbh – ill just live with it.

its a bit stiffer than my pace rc31 – as in it actually corners when i ask it. never really noticed it being much stiffer front to rear but others assure me it is …. they are much stiffer than 09 sid teams on my other bike !

Thanks trailrat. I thought the same, but CRC seem to have them.

    And X-LITE(470mm) too

Waited a long time for these, but still due in stock!
So your happy with the hylix then? I know you’ve had them a while now.

I think I’ll go with the hylix, how long was the delivery time?

delivery time a rather scary 5 days …. ive had stuff take longer coming from CRC or wiggle !

didnt get stung for customs either although i did budget for it.

mines have been great – another member of the forum has had a different experiance and found a groove worn in his steerer after a short period of time then had a mare getting his money back – dont think he has as yet …

    The tracker is a 450mm A/C – steerer is 1.1/8th no taper.
The actual fork is rather nice – well made etc (As far as I can tell, this is the same as a Hylix fork)

I’m in the process of having mine stripped and re painted for a new frame.
