    I just trashed my Superstar (Fuel) Shimano freehub, not replaceable and could get a XD but £60 + price of a SRAM cassette. (not repairable the actual freehub is snapped)

    To be fair this is a £100 set of wheels that is 3yrs old… hence buying the £60XD driver isn’t really preferable.

    Nothing is urgent, I can pull a wheel off another bike.. and as this was on my hack* bike I’m not predisposed to spending a lot. I do have a spare 28H carbon rim I could just build up as well.

    Any ideas ? Anyone selling a cheap rear wheel?

    *The hack bike is a 27.7 carbon framed XC HT that I just use for Swinley or blasts around the local common as its not worth trying to sell a 27.5 XC HT bike
