Advice on what NOT to write – so that I don’t get booted from here…

Due to my insomnia and tendency to obsess about STUFF, I may or may not be posting lots of thought provoking, and somewhat controversial content.
Can anyone give me a heads up on what NOT to write, or how to best express myself without the risk of getting booted/barred/black listed – you get the idea…
