A school friend was in the same situation 16 years ago when he got his A levels. He made the same decision and is a GP now.

He could have gone full-time at his student job, stacking shelves in Asda, but I suspect that going to uni was probably the best decision. While he was at uni, his parents supported the mother and baby.

Friend of mine fell pregnant during her A Levels. She’s a solicitor now, did her degree and lpc part time whilst bringing up a baby, I have the utmost respect for her.
