If I were to buy 2 items from CRC and use a £10 off voucher. Then decide down the line to return one item, what happens re the £10?

When I returned something after using the £10 off £75 spend I got a couple of % deducted from my refund. No idea how it was calculated or how much it was but pretty sure it wasn’t 100% I got back

You will get refunded the cost minus the percentage of the £10 that the item that you are returning contributed to.

Ie if it was a £10 off £100 voucher and you bought two items, one for £40 and the other for £60, then returned the £40 item you would only get £36 refunded

The mind that never sleeps. Ta.
I was just wondering that if the refund took you below the thresh hold to use the voucher theyd effectively remove it. Ta all
