It WAS quite a decent one, pretty big surface area and a substantial frame but it’s been in our garden for over 15yrs and nobody’s really used it for about 5.

Frame is a bit rusty but I’ve no real concerns about that; it’s more the idea of a kid (or even more likely, parent) dropping straight through the “mat” (assuming it may well be weakened by UV etc) and smashing their lower legs up.

I’d be happy to give it away if it wasn’t for the above.  Don’t suppose we have any trampoline experts on the forum ?

Easy enough to get a new deck.

Ours was about 16 years old when we gave it away, after some seriously heavy use from our kids and a whole bunch of neighbours kids of similar age.

Proper triggers broom, I think we replaced the deck, net , padding and springs twice over as they were pummeled to death.

We replaced the deck once (I’ve just found out from my old emails) but the company seems not to exist any longer.  Might have a look & see if similar ones exist (is octagonal, just to make life harder)

You might be able to offload the deck to someone who needs a tarp for their pickup, or trailer?

We put ours on freecycle. Was a 15ft premium jump king with cage. Had been used 10 years. I disassembled it and someone took it away in a Volvo estate.

Run some chicken wire around them and they make great chicken runs; and you can still bounce on them if the deck’s sound enough (and you don’t have an aggressive cockerel in there).
