    I’m about to change my worn out 9 speed set up with 10 speed I’ve bought a XT and a slx cassette but I normally run SRAM chains,can I use sram chains with shimano 10 speed as it says hgx chain only on my new cranks,or shall I buy a XT or slx chain?

    pretty sure the 9 speed stuff says to only use HG chains too….

    I’ve been using Sram chains on 8, 9 & now 10s Shimano cassettes for the past decade.
    I wouldn’t use anyone else’s chains.
