Clearly this is trying to address a genuine and serious issue, but I do wonder if the Police aren't going to be inundated with sulky cyclists/fishingists/horse-ists
The poor individuals stuck in these abusive relationships don't even recognise the abuse. This law will serve no purpose unfortunately and these bullies will continue with their behaviour 👿
