Mrs M is starting a beginners class locally, what can she call it?

I don't understand. Why does it need a name? If it's just a class, then just call it a yoga class, or the discipline if it's tied to one type....such as Ashtanga yoga class.
...or just call it: Yoga with *insert Mrs M's name here*.
