[Closed] xbox 360 memory help (forza content)

Well the fact the game is probably on a DVD so will be about 4.7GB and your card is 64MB that might give you a clue as to why it wont fit ?

Why are you trying to copy it to the console anyway, just stick it in and play it

i just thought that D2 gives you some extra tracks/cars?

but yeah i have just been playing disc 1 - you have to install disc 2 (or so it tells me!)

A 64mb memory card is fine for keeping your profile and saved games on etc, but for copying the contents of a disc (which as said above can be up to 4.7gb) you really need a HD.

hmmm dont know then, still sounds like its too big, 64MB is nothing size wise for these sort of things

I read that disc 2 is extra tracks, cars etc. etc. and needs to be installed on your hard disc space to run in collaboration with disc1. I'm not certain but this may rule out Xbox arcade owners from experiencing the extra content. Can you buy hard drives for Xbox seperately?

I know that one complaint about the game was that in some early versions of the Xbox system, disc2 can almost fill the hard drive space.

I've got one of the early 360's with the 20gb HD, so that disc must have quite a lot of data on it to fill that.

Yes you can buy the HD's on their own, not sure of cost though.

Doing a bit of googling, Forza Disc 2 is 1.9GB install size, you will need to buy an external Hard Drive to install it

i'll add one to my xmas list!

Ive still got a dvd image of forza disk 2 on my pc and its a tad under 7 GB !
Both disks are dual layer 8.5GB
The second disk installs directly to the hard drive , and you play the game using disk 1 only then
Memory cards are only for transferring saves etc from xbox to xbox
You need a hard drive
