Or has been downloaded previously. Eg, if you've got a new xbox 360 you can download again to that.

If you want to check on the progress of an active download, press the xbox home button on the controller and then I think it's left on the menu and the Active downloads option should be there.

Download again was showing me the right info, found the active downloads this morning (off the X button).

Its downloaded the game, but now there are 2 updates needed that it won't download. I'd throw the thing out in the garden if my kid didn't want it.
