H E L P - My sons XBox (he's out, i'm trying to sort it...)
So, He got this at Xmas, been playing Minecraft with no problems.
Yesterday we installed Forza Horizon 3 via disc, which took ages. Now when signing in its asking for:
Finish adding security information.You havn't verified your security information yet. To finish, enter the code we sent you.
I've received no code. It appears that it can text or phone me a code, but this appears to have my mobile incorrect as its missing the "07" off the start of my mobile number.
Its getting really frustrating being caught in a loop of keep signing in and not being able to pass the above security info screen.
Any pointers gratefully accepted.
Try logging in to your account on a PC, you should be able to set up phone numbers etc from there I think, and verify emails etc. (I'm guessing, but whenever I've had account issues it's always been far simpler to sort it through the website.)
Presumably your son's got his own "child" account and you have the master a/c?

+1, it's great. I especially like that if you pick your name from the list, the narrator talks to you by name. Nice touch.

Correct but as you can see sometimes it replaces the 07 no idea why.
Still stuck & can;t get off it. Tried turning the game off but it restarts in same place. Sons home from swimming soon (and i havn't cooked dinner yet!!!). Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp.
