well this might be a bit of a sad thread but I am basically looking for riding mates to have a blast over Cannock in an evening after work. I use to ride over Kinver and the wyre but am now working only 15 mins from the chase so looking to get out one or two evenings a week. Just wondering if anyone fancies it or doesn't mind me tagging alone with them?
Have done Monkey trail a couple of times but not done any other XC over Cannock so don't know any routes.

Ride with a group(Lichfield) on a Thursday night from the Red Lion (Longdon) on a Thursday night 6.30pm start finish @ the pub where the landlord lays on free sandwiches. Mostly the off piste stuff depending on the weather more xc then the knarly freeride that Snakie and Scruff practice!

We do regular Tuesdays, but dont kick off till 7pm, could poss do 6:45 at a push. Trying to get a Thur night going, straight from work, about 5:30 ish.
Tue mostly ss about 14m down into Sherbrook Valley & other such ss'able gay terrain. 😉
