Not so wierd, I'm right-handed, but I use my left hand for quite a few things, I can easily imagine someone writing notes, or a diary or an outline for a book with their left hand, and picking up their coffee cup with their other hand.
Just reading the artist's comment, the game company does Arkham Asylum games, which explains a lot of the weirdness, the bloke at the table with the dark glasses appears to have a hand or part of a hand round his throat, and I like the bloody hand print on the glass behind him.
Wish I could paint like that, and create images like it.

I'd be more worried by that creature lurking under the glasses ([i]"all tentacles and lattes"[/i] I think her notepad says) and of course the [i]Illithid[/i] sitting at the bar.

If that's a railway carriage, the rest rooms are outside....
