The helmet/bulletcam I have/had needs a new lens,someone thought they'd take it to pieces.
they come in different sizes/degrees, so which one do you like best? 3.6mm/82deg wide? 6mm/62deg?Also 2.9, 8,12 and 16mm

As wide as possible. Reduces the picture wobble and gives better impression of speed. I'd go with the 2.9mm
does a wider lens really make it look faster? I've got an RF concepts bullet cam wit the standard lens (8mm ish) and it looks OK but really slows down the footage (downhill sections look quite slow on film)
I can get a wide angle lens for £10 ish so maybe worth a try.
which lens would make it all look steeper?
