[Closed] Working in Canada as temporary self-employed person?

I want to be able to work in Canada (BC) next year as a self-employed person but the only information I can find is for permananent residence as a self-employed person. (processing time roughly 48 months)
The only info for temporary workers seems to be if you have a job offer from a Canadian company.
I should be eligible to work as a self employed person under the cultural contribution option as my experience matches lots of the categories. (would be trying to get work as an Avid/FCP editor/music composer/AV & sound technician)
I'm 39 so can't go through bunac
Has anyone done it or know where I can find the info about it?
