[Closed] Windows photo gallery help please

If I view a photo in windows photo gallery everything is fine. I do use Microsoft ICE to create panoramas, and when I save these then the width of the panorama is compressed to fit in the available frame. This has the effect of reducing the height in proportion so I finish up with a thin band of photo.

When I want to view it I have to use the enlarge function, which is no great problem, but if I want to publish it online only the thin band can be published.

Is there anyway I can stop the automatic resizing of the photo so that the full height and width are stored, instead of a thin band?
