[Closed] Windows Live Family Safety - utter rubbish...or not?

We set up family saftey last year when Jnr Sturdy got a new laptop.
Since then I have upgraded from a hotmail account to an outlook account but I can't find any way of logging in when asked (on Jnr's laptop)toget the latest settings.
My email account registered against family safety has changed to the outlook one.

Any other frustrated parent out there got any advice?
Currently unintalling it on the Jnr's machine so she can access what she needs. Doubtless that won't be as straight forward as it should be
