I recently ordered some goods from Wiggle and they sent one right item and one wrong. The wrong one they sent was *significantly* more valuable than the one I ordered (about 12* the value!) but I felt a bit sorry for them having posted it out by mistake and printed off a returns and popped it back in the post to them. Nearly a working week later and they claim they've still not received it back and I'm not getting the part I ordered until they get it back (or register it's been returned). Miffs me a little - it wasn't my fault, I do the generous (correct, but I didn't have to!) thing and I'm kept waiting a week for them to put it right 🙁
Apparently I have to wait for them to clear their backlog of returns before they'll process the order and send me the parts I've paid for. That'll be well over a week gone waiting for some bloody rubber seals. 🙄
