I have been a long time reader of these forums (fora?) but have only recently started posting, probably to their detriment.

It really is a frightfully busy place. I mean where else can I get an answer in 5 minutes on some obscure 1993 rear tyre width query at 4am in the morning? Why is it so busy? There can't be this many people with keyboards and an MTB in the UK?

People merely have a facade of being in and doing work. In reality they just spend all day on here.

Try bikemagic, I hear that's where the action is...

Of course the best thing would have been if nobody had replied at all.

I might even have lolled then.

It's one of the only forums I've seen where you have a single page for all topics... I think that helps

Most have too many sub categories that are a pain in the vag to navigate....

Maybe

Yes, the navigation is easy so it's easy to use.

I used to frequent security forum but got really really bored because they become very technical ...

Does his dog run off across Richmond Park? Or, does he get hit by an antelope?

Do tell!

It's far easier to post on here than to convince people they should be my friends in real life. All I need know is a Dating section and my life will be complete.

It's actually a fairly quiet forum really.

look at the main page there's threads at the bottom that haven't been replied to for 4 hours on chat and 2 on the bike bit. On other busier forums that's usually much much less.

Yeah, but that's only because I'm working for myself again, and not somebody else.

I now have to post this shit in my own time! Where's the humanity? I ask you!
