We rode up the Long Mynd last night and passed a chap who was heading back down and had taken a nasty fall thanks to a sheep bolting across his path. He was going pretty quick when he fell and didnt look in a great state. Still, he insisted he didnt want us to head down with him... Tough old boy!
Just wondering if anyone know who he is? What were his injuries and is he ok?
